Publication Frequency
DAAR EL-TAMKIN: Journal of Community Empowerment is published four times a year (quarterly). The journal releases one issue every three months according to the following publication schedule:
- Volume Issue 1: March
- Volume Issue 2: June
- Volume Issue 3: September
- Volume Issue 4: December
The journal implements a continuous submission system, whereby manuscripts can be submitted at any time throughout the year via the Online Journal System (OJS). All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening, plagiarism checking, and a peer-reviewed process before being considered for publication.
Publication Timeline
- Manuscript Submission: Open throughout the year.
- Initial Editorial Screening: 1–2 weeks.
- Peer Review Process: 2–4 weeks.
- Revision by Authors: 1–2 weeks.
- Final Decision and Copyediting: 1–2 weeks.
- Online Publication: According to the scheduled issue.
By adopting a quarterly publication frequency, DAAR EL-TAMKIN: Journal of Community Empowerment aims to provide a consistent and timely platform for disseminating high-quality scholarly works in community service, community engagement, and sustainable community empowerment.
