General Author Guidelines for Haramain: Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis

1. Scope of Manuscript

Haramain: Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis publishes original research articles, conceptual papers, literature reviews, and case studies in the fields of:

1) Business Management 2) Human Resource Management 3) Marketing Management 4) Financial Management 5) Strategic Management 6) Entrepreneurship 7) Islamic Business and Management 8) Islamic Banking and Finance 9) Digital Business and Innovation 10) Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) 11) Corporate Governance and Business Ethics 12) Sustainable Business Development 13) and others relevant to the topic.

2. Originality of Manuscript

The manuscript must be an original work that has not been published previously and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The manuscript must be free from plagiarism and comply with publication ethics standards.

3. Language

Manuscripts may be written in English using proper academic language.

4. Manuscript Format

  • Manuscript length: 15–20 pages, including references, tables, and figures.

  • Paper size: A4 (21 cm × 29.7 cm).

  • Font: Book Antiqua, size 12 pt.

  • Line spacing: 1.5.

  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.

  • Text alignment: Justified.

5. Title and Author Information

The manuscript title should be concise, informative, and reflect the content of the study.

Below the title, include:

  • Full name(s) of author(s)

  • Institutional affiliation(s)

  • Email address(es)

6. Abstract and Keywords

The manuscript must include:

  • An abstract in English (maximum 250 words).

  • An abstract in Indonesian (maximum 250 words).

  • Written in a single paragraph.

  • The abstract should contain:

    • Research background or purpose

    • Research methods

    • Main findings

    • Research implications

Provide 3–5 keywords below the abstract.

8. Tables and Figures

  • Tables and figures must be numbered sequentially.

  • Each table and figure must have a title and source (if applicable).

  • Figures should be of high quality and clearly readable.

9. Citation and References

The journal adopts the APA Style (7th Edition) citation system.

Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management software such as:

  • Mendeley

  • Zotero

  • EndNote

At least 80% of references should come from scholarly journals published within the last 5 years.
