TRANSFORMASI ILMU MELALUI KADERISASI DI PMII: MEMBANGUN GENERASI PEMIMPIN YANG INOVATIF DAN BERKARAKTER.
Abstract
The transformation of knowledge through cadre
development in the Indonesian Islamic Student Movement
(PMII) serves as a vital foundation in shaping innovative
and character-driven leaders capable of addressing
dynamic changes in society. Cadre development is not
merely a transfer of knowledge but a comprehensive
process that integrates the internalization of Islamic,
nationalistic, and professional values as the core principles
for leadership character formation. PMII employs strategic
approaches to foster multidimensional understanding,
creativity, and moral integrity among its members.
Through workshops, participatory surveys, and community
service programs, PMII ensures the development of
innovative leaders capable of addressing contemporary
challenges while remaining rooted in moderate Islamic
values. This initiative has shown significant potential in
enhancing organizational capacity, particularly in santri
based institutions such as Pondok Pesantren Lubbul Labib.
The program outcomes indicate the need for continued
development and follow-up to strengthen the knowledge
and leadership capacities of future cadre members.
